PROLONGED PROPER POSTURE PREVENTS PAIN!

Millions even perhaps billions of people around the world suffer from some sort of physical aches and/or pains.  For the most part, this can be avoided.  Since the industrialization of the western civilization, suffering has increased exponentially.  We live in an all-too-sedentary society.  Car, airplane, dining room, living room and office seating are not designed to support the spine/body correctly.  Nor is anyone taught to sleep, sit, stand, walk, work or play properly.  We sit in front of our computers for far too long without moving.  When we don't move, our muscles 'get stuck', blood can't circulate efficiently, the nervous system becomes compressed, and other systems simply can't fuction optimally.  Therefore, we need to address our aches and pains from the root cause.  Ingesting pills to decrease the pain or applying topical ointments for relief are simply temporary solutions, at best.

The solution:  learn to move through life properly!
